Chaiguy’s chaimix has just four ingredients: organic Assam CTC black tea, organic ginger, organic fennel, organic cardamom, handpicked in India and blended in small batches here in Los Angeles.

It's fennel-forward, rooted in the Ayurvedic tradition of balance*, and made for the stovetop the way I brew it at home every morning and evening: simmered with milk until golden, sweetened, strained.
